Making space for more "coworkers"
Clarifying the space between this newsletter and our Bosscraft Community.
One year ago, the landscape of our work changed.
As USAID was being upended and my previous consulting firm, Bid Boss, was shuttering its doors for unrelated reasons, I was at a crossroads. I knew I wasn’t done with the sector or the community of freelancers we’d brought together on our roster.
I built the Bosscraft Consultant Community because I needed a life raft. I knew I was launching something new in the middle of a crisis, so I kind of assumed the raft was bound for disaster—or at the very least short lived.
