Written by Whitney Kippes, founder of the Bosscraft Consultant Community, this publication grew out of more than a decade of experience helping mission-driven professionals navigate change—from the global development and social impact sectors to small business and creative entrepreneurship.

My work blends strategy, coaching, and community to help purpose-driven individuals and organizations build sustainable, values-aligned success. Based in Baltimore and working globally, I bring decades of experience in new business development and small business coaching and capacity building—with a human-centered approach to transformation and change.
Boss Insights grew from the lessons of Bid Boss Consulting—translating the high-performance new business development firm I co-founded with Sara Jane Baublitz into a holistic space for coaching, training, and long-term partnership.
